Thank you for shopping at Pisces Dry Fish. We take great care in packing and delivering our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return on Perishable Goods
Since dry fish and seafood products are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered successfully.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is spoiled
- Wrong product delivered
📌 Condition:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Order ID and delivery details
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once your complaint is verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited back to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Delay caused by courier/logistics partner
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
- Customer refuses to accept delivery
- Natural smell, texture, or appearance variations (normal for dry fish)
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Cancellation requests before shipping may be accepted at our discretion
