1. Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The item is expired or not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 07 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.
